How Canary Creek Came to Live on the Streets of Puerto Rico

In this exclusive interview with The Wall St. Journal, Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rossello discusses his new initiative to address Puerto Rico’s growing homelessness problem, including the impact of Hurricane Maria on homelessness.

It is traditionally made with garlic, onion, garlic and fresh tomatoes, and is served on a bed of spinach, and sometimes with rice and beans.

Pesadora: I was really shocked by the way this new initiative started and I was like, “Wait a minute, this is all very interesting.

I’m just going to have to figure out how to do it.”

So I sent them a link to the proposal, and I just got in touch with the mayor.

He was very open about the project, and he’s really excited.

He said that it would be a really interesting way to address homelessness.

And so I started a conversation with him about how to make it more accessible to Puerto Ricans.

He said, “Well, we’ve already seen how it’s working with other countries.

We can do it here, but we need help with making it more available.”

So, I think the answer is we need to start with Puerto Ricos first.

So we’ve got to get a little bit creative.

He added that the first thing we’re going to do is make it really affordable.

And the way we’re doing that is by having people bring in a food pantry, or a food distribution company, or whatever, so that Puerto Ricas can bring in their own food to the pantry.

He also suggested that the residents of the pantries, or distribution companies, provide a way to keep track of who is going to receive the food.

And then we’re actually going to distribute the food to all the residents.

It’s going to be a community service.

So, it’s really a community-led effort.

So, how do you prepare a canned pineapple?

I think it’s actually a really simple process, and there are lots of things you can do.

First, I’m going to boil it in water.

And you can boil it for a couple of hours, or overnight, and then add some salt to the water.

You can also add some lime to the sauce, and you can add some sugar, or add a little something.

And finally, you can just let it sit out on the counter.

And when it’s done, you’ll have a very, very tasty and delicious pineapple.PESADORA: So this is going back to the idea of having this kind of community-based approach to the problem.

Is that something you’re working on?ROSSELLO: Well, that’s exactly right.

And this is what the mayor said.

He’s also said that the community should be involved in the process of the distribution, and we’ve heard him say that we have to get to know the residents and make sure they’re in good shape.

So that’s where we need their input.

We also need them to be prepared.

And we’ve been doing that by working with community groups.

So if we’re able to get people in the neighborhoods, we’re also able to help them find food.

We’re also doing that through outreach.

We’ve already started with a food-bank and we’re working with the neighborhood food pantries.

So this way, we can have the distribution of canned pineapple and other food, as well as providing housing and other services.

So there are a lot of things that can be done.

And there are people who are doing all these things.

And they’re all really, really important.

But they’re not the only thing.

The other thing that I’d like to add to this is that there’s a lot going on in the distribution business.

There are a bunch of other companies that are doing these things and they are also very, really helpful.

But this is where I think this community really shines.

They have a lot more than just a canned, canned pineapple.

They also have a number of different kinds of produce, and a lot about how they’re doing it.

So the next thing that we’re looking at is how to give the canned pineapple away to residents of neighborhoods.

So what we’re trying to do, in addition to working with local businesses, is to give canned pineapple to community groups, or other food distribution companies.

And I think that’s going a little different than what they’re already doing.

They’re giving canned pineapple for free, or for a low price.

And that’s also how we’re planning to help people who might be homeless, who might have lost their homes and belongings, or they might be struggling.

So they need
